Acceptance of Terms

Using Coaster Companions means you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

Eligibility

Users must be aged 16 or over.

Free Membership

Membership is free until 1 January 2027. Coaster Companions may amend or extend this promotional period.

Future Membership

After the free period, membership will be a rolling monthly subscription. Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future payments. Fees are non-refundable except where required by UK law.

Payments

Payments are expected to be processed through Stripe. Full payment card details are not stored by Coaster Companions.

Accounts

Members are responsible for their account security.

Identity Verification

Coaster Companions does not verify the identity, background, age or intentions of members.

Meeting Other Members

Coaster Companions provides a platform for introductions only. We do not organise, supervise or endorse meetings. Members meet entirely at their own risk and should take sensible safety precautions.

Conduct

Members must follow the Community Guidelines. Accounts may be suspended or removed for breaches.

Reporting

Members should use reporting and blocking tools where appropriate. Criminal behaviour should also be reported to the police.

No Guarantee

Coaster Companions does not guarantee matches, messages, meet-ups or any particular outcome.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coaster Companions is not responsible for disputes, cancellations, inaccurate profiles, loss of property, injury or other incidents arising from member interactions.

Health

Members are responsible for deciding whether they are medically and physically able to participate in activities they arrange.

Intellectual Property

The Coaster Companions name together with original website content, text and layout may not be copied without permission.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
