Be Respectful
Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
We welcome members of all backgrounds, ages (16+) and experience levels. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, hate speech or personal attacks will not be tolerated.
Be Friendly
Whether you’re arranging your first theme park trip or you’re a seasoned coaster enthusiast, make everyone feel welcome.
Remember that everyone is here for the same reason—to enjoy theme parks and make new friends.
Keep Conversations Appropriate
Please keep messages, comments and discussions friendly and appropriate for all members.
Do not post offensive, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit or illegal content.
Stay On Topic
Coaster Companions is all about theme parks, attractions and meeting fellow enthusiasts.
Please avoid posting unrelated content, spam or excessive self-promotion.
Respect Privacy
Never share another member’s personal information without their permission.
Only exchange contact details if both people are comfortable doing so.
No Fake Profiles
Create an honest profile using accurate information.
Impersonating another person or creating fake accounts is not permitted.
No Selling or Advertising
Please do not use Coaster Companions to advertise businesses, products, services or unrelated events without permission.
Stay Safe
When meeting someone for the first time:
- Meet in a public place.
- Tell a friend or family member where you’re going.
- Trust your instincts.
- If something doesn’t feel right, leave the situation.
Your safety is always the priority.
Report Problems
If you experience inappropriate behaviour or believe someone has breached these guidelines, please use the Report feature.
Our moderation team will investigate reports and take appropriate action where necessary.
Breaking the Rules
Depending on the severity of the breach, we may:
- Remove content.
- Issue a warning.
- Temporarily suspend an account.
- Permanently remove a member from the community.
Our aim is always to keep Coaster Companions a safe and enjoyable place for everyone.
